Much cellphone are buying each year. Young child of thirteen years old are cellphone today.
I think it's so young to have a telephone. At sixteen years old it's ok because we start to work and we have many reason to have a cell but, at tirthteen years old, it's so young. I think parents must take responsability and told at their child is it so young and they don't need cellphone.
